Many studies suggest moving is among the most stressful life events, with some recent research indicating it can be more stressful than divorce and even death of a spouse. I would be remiss if I did not express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received recently during NE Brown’s recent business premises move from Springfield in the South of Johannesburg to Hurlyvale near OT Airport. I was particularly impressed by Inez Meneses from Jawitz Bedfordview and will not hesitate to recommend her and her company (having previously dealt with Gail at Jawitz Parkview) to others. Notwithstanding the fact that Inez was acting in capacity as agent for the seller and was found via another realty company, she went out of her way to assist us and “hold our hands” during the entire process. Inez took time to understand our needs, budget and financial situation. She went on to counsel us on market conditions, prices, and search for properties that matched our criteria as well as schedule and organize property showings. Once we found the property, she helped negotiate our purchase offer and repair requests and went on to help us through the entire closing process, from contract review to finalizing the sale. In our view, Inez provided outstanding assistance and took the extra time to explain all the options to us. Her professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable. In a time when good customer service can be hard to find, her commitment is refreshing.
