The promoter is Jawitz Properties (Pty) Ltd whose registered office is at 17 Bompas Road, Dunkeld West, Johannesburg. Employees of Jawitz Properties (Pty) Ltd, Jawitz Properties and their agency or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

The promotion runs from Tuesday 15 June to Sunday 20 June 2021. Any entries received outside of that time will not be considered. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The rules of the competition and the prizes are as follows:

1. There are 4 prizes being given away over the duration of the campaign. The draw will be done on the 21st June and winners will be announced 24hrs after the draw.
2. In order to be entered into the draw to win, one must comply with the specific instructions laid out in accordance with the #JawitzFathersayMoments campaign. Entrants must send a tweet, include @JawitzProp and the hashtag #JawitzFathersDayMoments. Entrants can also submit by posting to facebook.com/jawitzproperties or by posting an image or video using the campaign hashtag #JawitzFathersDayMoments and tagging @jawitz.properties on Instagram.
3. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and reside in South Africa to be eligible to win.
4. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be posted to the Jawitz Properties Facebook page as soon as possible by the promoter.
5. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
6. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes awarded are 4 x R500 online shopping vouchers and are subject to availability.
7. The winners of this competition shall be chosen in accordance with the requirements and procedures of the Consumer Protection Act of 2008.
8. Winners may only win once in the duration of the campaign.
9. Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received during this promotion and will be verified by Promoter and/or its agents.
10. Winners will be notified/announced via Facebook within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. Winners will be required to supply their email address for delivery of the prizes. All prizes will be delivered within 10 days after the closing date of the promotion. No prizes will be delivered outside of South Africa.
12. The promoter or agent of the promoter will notify the winner and collect their contact and email address for delivery details after which the promoter will email the prize to redeem.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions may at the Promoter’s sole discretion result in forfeiture of a prize.
15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
16. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
17. The Promoter will use your personal data on order to enable your participation in the competition and related online activities and it will be kept to fulfil the purposes for what it is required.
18. The promoter will endeavour to protect your privacy and treat your information in confidence and to only share it with our affiliates, investors agents and partners. We will not sell, rent or share this information to other third- parties.
19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Jawitz Properties and not to any other party. Any queries, comment or complaints can be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
20. All entrants and winners indemnify the Promoter and suppliers against any and all claims whatsoever arising, including but not limited to wilful misconduct, negligent act or omission arising from participation in this competition.
21. The promoter cannot be responsible for entries not received because they have been lost, or not received due to interrupted internet connections or communications or other electronic malfunctions.
22. If you enter into this competition, you agree not to hold the Promoter liable for any disruption to the competition whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control. The promoter will use all reasonable endeavours to remedy any disruption in order to resume the competition on a fair and equitable basis.
