I just have to let you know that I have received the most SUPERIOR service from Dean - the entire process from beginning to end was so professional - and completely above and beyond my expectations. I have never, in all my years, had such a wonderful experience with an agent, it was very pleasantly surprising and my very difficult move to a new home was made so, SO much easier by the superb service I received. Even from a hospital bed, my viewing was arranged for me and I had constant communication from that day onwards. And after my move in day and everything was sorted out? STILL so many messages of support and checking in to see if everything was okay, and if my son and I were comfortable. Unbelievable. I was very anxious about it, as I had been let down by another landlord a few weeks before the date I needed to move, and time was very short to find another new home in time, but every requirement and arrangement was communicated to me timeously and in a friendly manner. I was very fortunate in that the landlord selected me from the pool of applicants, but I really feel that Dean had a lot to do with that, and every effort was made to make me feel comfortable and excited about the new rental property. Please know that Dean is a very valuable asset for your company and should be awarded Rental Agent of the Year for Jawitz in my opinion! That was the most fantastic service I've ever received from an individual in the service industry and I cannot say enough good things about it.
