Well-known property consultants, Vian Tee and Brad Dowlman have opened a Jawitz Properties’ franchise in Port Elizabeth. Both bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the local market.
Vian has been involved in, and had a love for property all his life. As a youngster, he would spend time on his father’s building sites and throughout the years has gained an in-depth knowledge of how the property market operates. This, together with his legal expertise ensures that he can offer an all-inclusive service to clients. The natural progression was to partner with Jawitz Properties as one of largest and highly regarded companies in South Africa.
Like Vian, Brad’s passion is property, architecture and people. He gained valuable experience and success in running a residential letting department. “I enjoy the opportunity that property provides in working with different sectors of the market. My next move is to sell residential property,” he says.
Vian and Brad, have over the past 2 years been responsible for the success of a National Commercial Property Auction house in the Eastern Cape and have through this seen a need for a strong residential brand in the area.
