This highly acclaimed boutique wine farm is situated at the foothills of the Klein Drakenstein Mountains, and being the smallest wine estate in the Valley, it produces less than 7 000 cases per annum. All wines are grown, produced and bottled at the Estate and 2003 saw its maiden vintage which won acclaim almost immediately. Since then the range has grown as well as the demand for the export market standing respectively at 11 wines and 12 countries.
Having received many accolades this boutique estate, however, also offers lifestyle living with its large 4-bedroom main house, a smaller manager's house, a granny flat, horse paddocks, arena and 6 stables with tack room. The cellar currently handles 110 tonnes and the excess grapes being 32.7 tonnes last year, were sold to another wine producer they have been supplying the past 9 years.
11.1 ha is planted to cultivars such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, Viognier, Grenache and Petit Verdot to name but a few and another 5 ha can still be planted. The farm has plenty water via a servitude and strong borehole.
