Simons Town Attractions

- Known as Simons Town’s historical mile, St George’s Street is lined with buildings dating as far back as the mid 1800s. It also includes three museums – the Simons Town Museum, a naval museum and a toy museum, the oldest Anglican church in South Africa and a mosque that was built in 1926.
- Just a few kilometres outside the centre of Simons Town, beautiful Boulders Beach is home to a large colony of African penguins. Boulders Beach also has sheltered coves with white sand and safe swimming, and a long wooden walkway connecting the swimming beaches to the main beach that the penguins inhabit.

Alongside the beach is a country club with a golf course that boasts stunning sea views.
- Simons Town’s own yacht club hosts keel boat regattas on Wednesday evenings and weekends.
