I am truly grateful to have this opportunity to thank Krystal, from right within my heart, for delivering on the sale of my property at a fair price. My, this sale presented us with unexpected obstacles at every corner. With Krystal holding my hand we hurdled them to complete a transfer within 5 months of signing a mandate. My biggest learning was how not to fear the sale of one's home, grab it, make it happen, let the fair price come through. I learnt how to pick up after a lost sale where the first buyer's bond did not materialise. Within 24 hours Krystal was walking more buyers through the home, chin up and strong. We then had a low offer, there we turned it down, with Krystal explaining we had a whole another price bracket to explore before taking something so low. We dropped the price to that unexplored realm, about R250 000 above the low offer. Well, it was like a flea market, we hit jackpot and secured a good offer. The rest is history, although I would also like to include a word of thanks and acknowledgment for Penny Ploughman for being the brilliant conveyancer she is, able to navigate any terrain and buyer with force and creative solution.
