- Just a few kilometres outside the centre of Simons Town, beautiful Boulders Beach is home to a large colony of African penguins. Boulders Beach also has sheltered coves with white sand and safe swimming, and a long wooden walkway connecting the swimming beaches to the main beach that the penguins inhabit.
- Another key attraction for Simons Town property holders is Seaforth Beach. This is one of the few Cape Town beaches with a green lawn area and shade from trees, as well as white sand and safe swimming and snorkelling.
